True story: This is one of my favorite poems, and when I discovered that it had gone into lockdown during your hiatus I was a little frantic that evening, combing through my documents to to see if I'd quoted it in any of my past personal journals (no luck). When you came back I was truly so delighted that I spent a few hours rereading your gallery and discovering the artistry of your work all over again. I thank you for the gift!

No doubt!! Truthfully, I'm itching to give the peach mousse a try ('tis the season for fresh garden peaches on this end, too). Wish the recipe was yours, though I'm sure the one in the link will still be good. Your mousse looks like it was carved out of angel clouds (and I bet it tastes like it, too!). Onward to the next scrumptious adventure, m'dear!
